Cynanoside K is a pregnane glycoside isolated from Cynanchum atratum. Cynanoside K shows no activity against HL-60, KATO-III, and A549 cells^[1].

In Vitro

Cynanoside K (0.1-100 μM; 72 h) has no activity against HL-60 myeloid leukemia cells, KATO-III gastric adenocarcinoma cells, and A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells^[1].
