Mannose 1-phosphate (1 mM; 24 h) significantly improves global N-glycosylation by increasing mature Man⁶⁺ high mannose and complex/hybrid glycopeptides, and reduces immature smaller glycans, in PMM2-CDG, ALG2-CDG, and ALG11-CDG skin fibroblasts, with the most dramatic effects observed in PMM2-CDG and ALG2-CDG cells^[1].
