Aurora kinase inhibitor-10 (Compound 6c) shows antiproliferation activity with IC₅₀ values of 0.57 ± 0.23, 0.42 ± 0.20, 0.69 ± 0.30, 3.97 ± 0.67 and 1.53 ± 0.52 µM against MCF-7, MDA-MB 231, SkoV3, A375 and A549, respectively^[1].
