CA46 is a human B-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Ascites and associated with Burkitt lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. CA46 is used as an in vitro model of Burkitt lymphoma to investigate apoptosis and cell proliferation.
