Definition:
Farage is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma germinal center B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Farage is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Farage is used as an in vitro model of Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma germinal center B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
