FHC
Definition:
FHC is a human Epithelial cell of colon spontaneously immortalized cell line derived from Fetal colon. Its spontaneous immortalization permits extended propagation while retaining lineage-associated properties. FHC is used to investigate p53 signaling, apoptosis, pyroptosis, receptor signaling and trafficking, host-pathogen interactions, and viral infection in a controlled cellular system.
