LLTC cell line
Definition:
LLTC cell line is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Malignant tumors of the mouse pulmonary system. LLTC cell line is a resistant derivative of LL/2 (LLC1) selected against Tiazofurine. LLTC cell line is used as an in vitro model of Malignant tumors of the mouse pulmonary system to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
