S1B1-20 is a human cancer cell line derived from Colon and associated with Colon adenocarcinoma. S1B1-20 is a resistant derivative of S1 selected against Bisantrene. S1B1-20 is used as an in vitro model of Colon adenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
