S9 is a human transformed cell line and associated with Cystic fibrosis. S9 is immortalized or transformed by Ad12-SV40 hybrid virus. S9 is used as an in vitro model of Cystic fibrosis to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
