Definition:
SCLC-21H is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SCLC-21H is used as an in vitro model of Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
