SF-295 is a human cancer cell line derived from Brain, left temporal lobe and associated with Glioblastoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SF-295 is used as an in vitro model of Glioblastoma to investigate drug resistance and cytotoxicity.
