Definition:

SGC-7901 is a human cancer cell line derived from Uterus, cervix and associated with Human papillomavirus-related endocervical adenocarcinoma. SGC-7901 is immortalized or transformed by Human papillomavirus type 18 (HPV18). SGC-7901 is used as an in vitro model of Human papillomavirus-related endocervical adenocarcinoma to investigate AKT signaling, apoptosis, and cell proliferation.
