SIG-M5 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone marrow and associated with Adult acute myeloid leukemia and Acute myeloid leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SIG-M5 is used as an in vitro model of Adult acute myeloid leukemia and Acute myeloid leukemia to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
