Definition:

SK-MEL-24 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Melanoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SK-MEL-24 is used as an in vitro model of Melanoma to investigate MAPK signaling, ERK signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell migration, and cell invasion.
