SK-MEL3
Definition:
SK-MEL3 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Cutaneous melanoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SK-MEL3 is used as an in vitro model of Cutaneous melanoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
