SK-UT-1
Definition:
SK-UT-1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Uterus and associated with Uterine corpus leiomyosarcoma and Leiomyosarcoma of the corpus uteri. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SK-UT-1 is used as an in vitro model of Uterine corpus leiomyosarcoma and Leiomyosarcoma of the corpus uteri to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell migration, cell invasion, and cytotoxicity.
