SK-VLB is a resistant derivative of SK-OV-3 selected against Vincaleukoblastine (Vinblastine. SK-VLB is used as an in vitro model of Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
