SNU-387 is a human cancer cell line derived from Liver and associated with Adult hepatocellular carcinoma. SNU-387 is immortalized or transformed by Hepatitis B virus (HBV). SNU-387 is used as an in vitro model of Adult hepatocellular carcinoma to investigate apoptosis and cell proliferation.
