SR is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK-positive and ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SR is used as an in vitro model of Anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK-positive and ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
