Definition:
SU-DHL-2 is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma activated B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SU-DHL-2 is used as an in vitro model of Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma activated B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma to investigate apoptosis, ferroptosis, cell proliferation, and gene-expression regulation.
