SVR is a mouse Endothelial cell transformed cell line derived from Pancreas, islets of Langerhans. SVR is immortalized or transformed by Simian virus 40 (SV40). SVR is used to investigate cellular phenotype, signal transduction, and pharmacological response in a controlled cellular system.
