CTP disodium salt, 100 mM Solution, PCR Grade
Based on 1 Customer Validation
CTP (Cytidine triphosphate; 5'-CTP disodium salt) disodium salt, 100 mM Solution, PCR Grade is an immediate-use solution of cytidine triphosphate diodium salt. CTP is one of the four basic raw materials for RNA biosynthesis. CTP disodium salt is mainly used in molecular biology applications such as in vitro transcription (IVT), RNA synthesis and labeling.

Biological Activity
CTP disodium salt, 100 mM Solution, PCR Grade is prepared from Cytidine-5'-triphosphate (HY-125818), with a concentration of 100 mM, and is free from DNase, RNase and phosphatase contamination, making it suitable for molecular biology research. Cytidine-5'-triphosphate is a triphosphate nucleotide and serves as a building block for nucleotide and nucleic acid, lipid biosynthesis. Cytosine nucleotide triphosphate synthase can catalyze the formation of 5'-CTP from UTP[1].
