10 mmol/L ammonium formate and 0.1 % ammonium hydroxide in phase A; 20 mmol/L ammonium formate and 0.1 % ammonium hydroxide in phase B. The interfering compounds are as follows, UMP (9), CMP (10, Cytidine 5'-monophosphate) and TMP (11).
