GlcN-6-P Synthase-IN-1 has good penetration in the CNS and is able to inhibit the cytochrome P450, CYP3A4 isoform[1].

GlcN-6-P Synthase-IN-1 (Compound 4d) shows antimicrobial activity with MIC values of 1 ± 0.15, 0.5 ± 0.15, 4 ± 0.33 and 4 ± 0.33 µg/mL against S. aureus, B. subtilis, C. albicans and A. oryzae, respectively[1].
