LY-3321367 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting TIM-3. LY-3321367 partially blocks the formation of the TIM-3/GAL-9 complex, completely blocks the binding of TIM-3 to phosphatidylserine, but does not block the formation of the TIM-3/CEACAM-1 complex. LY-3321367 is applicable to research related to various solid tumors, such as small cell lung cancer.
