PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-32 (I-446) potently degrades SMARCA2 protein in A549 cells after 24 h of incubation, with a DC₅₀ < 100 nM and a maximum degradation rate > 90% following 24 h of incubation^[1].
PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-32 (24 h) potently degrades SMARCA2 and SMARCA4 proteins in MV4-11 cells. After 24 h of incubation, the DC₅₀ values of both proteins are < 100 nM, and the maximum degradation rates are both > 90%^[1].
