Tau Protein/α-synuclein-IN-2 (Compound 14T) is a blood-brain barrier penetrating tau and α-syn inhibitor. Through its thiourea linker structure, Tau Protein/α-synuclein-IN-2 dose-dependently reduces α-syn oligomerization. In biosensor cells, Tau Protein/α-synuclein-IN-2 prevents the seeding effect of tau aggregation. In the M17D neuroblastoma model, Tau Protein/α-synuclein-IN-2 exhibits anti-inclusion effects. Additionally, Tau Protein/α-synuclein-IN-2 reduces plaque formation. Tau Protein/α-synuclein-IN-2 holds promise for Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease research.

AG3 is an inorganic-binding polypeptide that specifically recognizes Ag/Au surfaces . In silver systems, AG3 induces the reduction of Ag + and regulates microcrystal morphology . In gold systems, AG3 acts as a non-reducing, high-affinity inhibitor that modulates nucleation-growth kinetics through interactions with metal clusters/surfaces to achieve size/morphology control . AG3 can be immobilized on polymer films, phages or nanosubstrates for applications in biomimetic mineralization, biosensors, precious metal recovery and patterned graphite templates .

JF629-HTL is a far-red fluorogenic HaloTag ligand. Binding of JF629-HTL to HaloTag protein alters the local environment of the dye, promoting the transition of rhodamine from a non-fluorescent state to a fluorescent state, thereby generating a fluorescence enhancement signal. In the light-controlled psHaloTag system, JF629-HTL shows a 6.7-fold fluorescence enhancement after irradiation at 450 nm. JF629-HTL serves as a research tool for far-red fluorescence imaging and the development of chemogenetic biosensors .

GPR3 inverse agonist-1 is a GPR3 inverse agonist with low micromolar potency in conformational analysis. GPR3 inverse agonist-1 inhibits GPR3-dependent Gs activity in HEK293A cells with an EC50 of 250 nM, and exhibits an EC50 of 2 μM in cAMP assays. GPR3 inverse agonist-1 induces concentration-dependent changes in BRET signals in GPR3 conformational biosensors (EC50 = 5 μM), reduces basal Gs activity downstream of GPR3, and competes for binding sites with the GPR3 agonist DPI (HY-100965). GPR3 inverse agonist-1 can be used in research related to Alzheimer's disease .

Poly (G) (Polyguanylic acid) is a high-molecular-weight synthetic ribopolynucleotide. In the presence of Na + or K + ions, Poly (G) undergoes time-dependent structural modification, gradually self-assembling from a single strand into large G-quadruplex aggregates. Poly (G) undergoes cooperative secondary structure dissociation under alkaline conditions, but its secondary structure can withstand high temperatures up to 100°C and is resistant to snake venom diesterase at low Na + concentrations. Poly (G) forms stable 1:1 complexes with polycytidylic acid or poly 5-bromocytidylic acid, but does not bind to polyinosinic acid or polyadenylic acid. Poly (G) can be applied to studies on the interactions between drugs and G-rich DNA fragments in electrochemical biosensors .
