Biotin-X-DHPE
Biotin-X-DHPE is a biotin-labeled phospholipid analog that can be used for semi-automated cell panning in antibody discovery. Biotin-X-DHPE enables stable immobilization of live cells on magnetic beads without damaging the cells or altering their surface protein expression levels, while ensuring that the selected antibodies recognize natural, functional epitopes on the cell surface.

Biological Activity
Biotin-X-DHPE can integrate into the membrane of living cells with minimal damage, and form a streptavidin-magnetic bead complex via either the direct method (with better efficacy) or the indirect method. Optimal cell labeling efficiency is achieved after incubation at room temperature for 30 minutes in Pluronic F-68 buffer[1].
Biotin-X-DHPE is incorporated into sucrose-protected lyophilized liposome formulations for oligonucleotide detection in electrochemical DNA biosensors[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
