Bromoriluzole
Bromoriluzole is a derivative of Riluzole (HY-B0211). Bromoriluzole inhibits Ca2+ -dependent Calmodulin-SK4 channel interaction. Bromoriluzole is used for the research of neurodegenerative diseases.

Biologische Aktivität
Bromoriluzole (Compound 1) (100 μM) inhibits Ca2+-dependent interactions between calmodulin and the SK4 channel S4S5 linker (measured via FRET biosensor) with a total amplitude inhibition of 24.1% and Phase II amplitude inhibition of 31.2% at 100 μM[1].
