Remigromig (EYE-103; MK-3000) is a humanized dual-target monoclonal antibody that targets LRP5 and FZD4. Remigromig activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by mimicking the natural ligand Norrin, induces tight junction formation and restores blood-retinal barrier function. Administered via intravitreal injection, Remigromig reduces retinal vascular leakage, and demonstrates improvements in best-corrected visual acuity and reductions in retinal thickness in studies of diabetic macular edema. Remigromig can be used for research related to macular degeneration .

C-HBrO-GGT is a dual-target fluorescent indicator with specificity for γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) and hypobromous acid (HBrO). C-HBrO-GGT acts as a substrate for GGT and HBrO, undergoing enzymatic or chemical modification to trigger channel-specific fluorescence, with sequential activation requiring initial GGT hydrolysis. C-HBrO-GGT enables simultaneous in vitro and in vivo fluorescence detection of GGT and HBrO. C-HBrO-GGT identifies mature atherosclerotic plaque positions and provides early warning of plaque formation before visual or classical immunofluorescent detection. C-HBrO-GGT can be used for the research of atherosclerosis (Ex/Em = 370 nm/500 nm) .

CFSE-Tz is a fluorescent bioorthogonal probe constructed based on the IEDDA reaction, which is mainly used for visual tracing of amino acid uptake in living cells. The tetrazine group within the CFSE-Tz molecule quenches CFSE fluorescence via photoinduced electron transfer; after the probe specifically undergoes a bioorthogonal reaction with trans-cyclooctene-modified amino acids, the quenching effect is eliminated, and a green fluorescent signal is released, thereby dynamically monitoring the intracellular amino acid uptake process. CFSE-Tz can be applied to in vitro single-cell fluorescence imaging and studies related to amino acid metabolism in tumor cells (Ex = 495 nm, Em = 519 nm) [1] [2].

DCM-KPV is a fluorescent probe targeting the human intestinal oligopeptide transporter PEPT1/SLC15A1 receptor (λex=480 nm, λem=620-670 nm). DCM-KPV specifically binds to PepT1 via its KPV domain and mediates receptor-targeted internalization, thus effectively accumulating in the cytoplasm and nucleus of cells overexpressing this receptor. DCM-KPV has the advantages of long emission wavelength, high emission efficiency, low photobleaching, and negligible cytotoxicity. DCM-KPV maintains stable fluorescence intensity under continuous illumination, exhibiting extremely high live cell compatibility. DCM-KPV can specifically accumulate at colonic inflammatory sites through the intestinal mucosa, enabling direct non-invasive visual differentiation between chronic and acute ulcerative colitis groups and the normal group .
