Perfluorotetradecanoic acid significantly upregulates the expression of corticosterone biosynthesis genes. Perfluorotetradecanoic acid increases ROS levels and promotes Apoptosis. Perfluorotetradecanoic acid impairs Leydig cell function and male reproductive endocrine function in adult male rats .
