Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S,murine submaxillary gland is a neurotrophic polypeptide and protein growth factor isolated from murine submaxillary glands. Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S,murine submaxillary gland increases the survival rate, phagocytic capacity and superoxide anion production level of mouse cells. Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S,murine submaxillary gland acts through cell membrane surface receptors to mediate the differentiation and maintenance of adrenergic neurons in the sympathetic nervous system. Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S,murine submaxillary gland loses its activity and undergoes dimer dissociation due to oxidation; it remains active after modification of specific tryptophan residues, while its tyrosine residues are not essential for activity. Nerve Growth Factor 2.5S,murine submaxillary gland may play a role in the inflammatory process .

Leucocrystal violet is a cationic triarylmethane dye. Leucocrystal violet generates a colored purple product in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and horseradish peroxidase, or when oxidized by periodate under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase. Leucocrystal violet serves as a chromogenic reagent for the determination of submicrogram-level hydrogen peroxide, with no interference from tryptophan, persulfate or chromate. Leucocrystal violet reacts with blood to produce a purple/violet color in the presence of hydrogen peroxide; it forms a very weak fluorophore when acting with whole blood in an unbuffered solution, with a maximum absorption wavelength of 630 nm and a maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of 665 nm upon excitation at 630 nm. Leucocrystal violet is widely used for staining blood residues on porous and non-porous materials .

MRT-23227 is a CRBN-recruiting molecular glue degrader targeting VAV1. MRT-23227 binds to the tryptophan triad pocket of CRBN, forms a ternary complex with the SH3c domain of VAV1, and induces proteasomal degradation of VAV1 through hydrogen-bond interactions between CRBN residues and the RT loop and side chains of VAV1. MRT-23227 can be used in the research of T-cell leukemia and lymphoma .

Cresol red, 97% is an acidic phenolsulfonphthalein triphenylmethane dye. Cresol red, 97% generates reactive oxygen species and singlet oxygen under ultrasonic irradiation, interacts with bovine serum albumin, alters the structure of bovine serum albumin, and oxidizes the fluorescent amino acid residues of bovine serum albumin. Cresol red, 97% can be decolorized and biodegraded by *Absidia spinosa* M15, producing phenylacetic acid and benzoic acid metabolites. Cresol red, 97% serves as a pH indicator (orange at pH 1.8-yellow at pH 2.0, yellow at pH 7.0-purple at pH 8.8). Cresol red, 97% can be used to indicate pH, temperature and salinity .

BADAN is a thiol-reactive, environment-sensitive fluorescent probe used for site-specific labeling of protein cysteine residues to detect protein topology, local polarity, protein-lipid interactions, and conformational changes. The bromoacetyl group of BADAN covalently binds to cysteine thiols, and its fluorescence originates from the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) excited state. The emission peak position varies with the polarity of the surrounding medium: it blue-shifts to approximately 488 nm in nonpolar environments (such as the hydrophobic core of lipid bilayers) and red-shifts to approximately 496-507 nm in polar environments (such as aqueous phases), independent of enzymes, pH, or membrane potential. Ex = 380-402 nm; Em = 400-600 nm .

MAUra-DTB is a 1-methyl-4-arylurazole (MAUra) chemical probe conjugated with desthiobiotin, which preferentially labels tyrosine residues exposed on protein surfaces under photocatalytic or laccase-catalyzed conditions (). The desthiobiotin moiety of MAUra-DTB supports affinity enrichment based on streptavidin or NeutrAvidin. MAUra-DTB enables proteome-wide labeling in cell lysates, and after enrichment of labeled peptides by NeutrAvidin, the labeling sites can be identified via nanoLC-MS/MS. MAUra-DTB can be used for photocatalytic proximity labeling, target protein identification and proteomic studies .

FcIII peptide is a 13-amino-acid peptide that competitively binds the hinge region of IgG Fc fragment with high affinity. FcIII peptide has an inhibition constant Ki of 25 nM when competing with Protein A for binding sites. FcIII peptide displays high selectivity toward human IgG subtypes yet weak binding affinity for murine IgG1. FcIII peptide anchors IgG Fc through hydrophobic interactions formed by tryptophan and valine residues, alongside multiple hydrogen bonds and salt bridges. FcIII peptide alters the local microenvironment of conjugated fluorescein after binding IgG Fc, which triggers enhanced fluorescent signals. FcIII peptide can be applied to researches related to monoclonal antibody production. .
