Trimethylammonium chloride-d6 (Hegzadesil-d6) is the d6-labeled Trimethylammonium chloride (HY-Y0504). Trimethylammonium chloride (Hegzadesil) is a non-competitive Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. Trimethylammonium chloride reversibly blocks the deacetylation of acetylcholinesterase.
