2-(2-Thienyl) benzofuran is a SIRT1 inhibitor with an inhibition rate of up to 63.6%. 2-(2-Thienyl) benzofuran inhibits the proliferation of breast cancer cells, and its antiproliferative activity is comparable to that of Suramin (HY-B0879). 2-(2-Thienyl) benzofuran can be used in breast cancer-related research.
