2,4,3',4',6'-Penta-O-(3-methylbutanoyl)sucrose (Compound 11) (0-100 μM; 48 h) does not exhibit cytotoxic activity against HCT-116 or A549 cells, with IC50 values >50 μM[1].
2,4,3',4',6'-Penta-O-(3-methylbutanoyl)sucrose binds weakly to FGFR3 and BRAF proteins, with binding energies of -6.87 kcal/mol (FGFR3) and -4.68 kcal/mol (BRAF)[1].
