4'-C-Azido-2'-deoxy-2'-fluorocytidine-5'-triphosphate (Compound 1d) potently inhibits RNA synthesis by crude RSV RNP complexes, with an IC₅₀ of 0.1 μM^[1].
4'-C-Azido-2'-deoxy-2'-fluorocytidine potently inhibits RSV replicon activity in 395 HeLa cells, with an EC₅₀ of 0.19 μM and a CC₅₀ greater than 100 μM^[1].
