Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL is a class of inorganic polyphosphate polymers that chelate metal ions. Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL is used as a raw material for agricultural chelated slow-release phosphorus fertilizers, and also serves as a reactive crosslinking component and flame retardant component in bio-based wood bio-adhesives. Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL is also used in research related to pH buffer reagents.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL (APP) reacts with the organic components of hydrochar to form macromolecular compounds, which increases the wet shear strength of sludge-based bio-adhesives to 1.0 MPa; moreover, it serves as an effective flame retardant in hydrochar-based bio-adhesive systems[1].
Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL reacts with polysaccharides via -OH groups to form macromolecular compounds, manifested as enhanced P-O-P and P=O peaks; it reacts with proteins and polysaccharides, manifested as increased N-H/C-N and NH-COO/N-C=C content and decreased amide-N content, forming macromolecular compounds[1].
Ammonium polyphosphate, n<20, water solubility>90 g/100 mL follows first‑order hydrolysis kinetics with apparent activation energy Ea = 93.17 kJ/mol; low‑temperature and alkaline conditions slow down its hydrolysis rate[2].
