Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6)
Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) is a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse CC chemokine receptor type 2 (mCCR2), with a KD value of 0.18-1.6 nM. Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) exhibits high binding affinity to cells expressing mCCR2 and shows no reactivity to parental CHO-K1 cells. Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) recognizes the amino acid region spanning positions 1-19 of mCCR2, and its key binding epitope includes Asp3, Asn4, Met6, Pro8, Gln9 and Phe10. Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) can be used in leukemia-related research.

Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) (0.01-10 μg/mL; 30 min) specifically binds to CHO/mCCR2 cells overexpressing mouse CCR2 and L1210 mouse leukemia cells expressing endogenous mouse CCR2 in a dose-dependent manner, but does not bind to parental CHO-K1 cells[1].
Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) (0.0001-25 μg/mL) exhibits high binding affinity to CHO/mCCR2 cells overexpressing mouse CCR2 (KD = 1.6 nM) and L1210 mouse leukemia cells expressing endogenous mouse CCR2 (KD = 0.18 nM)[1].
Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) (1 μg/mL; 30 min) specifically recognizes the N-terminal amino acid region 1-19 of mouse CCR2 via synthetic peptide ELISA[2].
Binding of Anti-Mouse CCR2 Antibody (C2Mab-6) (1 μg/mL; 30 min) to mouse CCR2 depends on the Asp3, Asn4, Met6, Pro8, Gln9, and Phe10 sites; ELISA assays show that the reactivity of this antibody disappears when the amino acids at these sites are substituted with alanine[2].
