Definition:

SK-PN-DW is a human cancer cell line derived from Retroperitoneal space and associated with Primitive neuroectodermal tumor. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SK-PN-DW is used as an in vitro model of Primitive neuroectodermal tumor to investigate p53 signaling, apoptosis, and cell-cycle control.
