ULK1-IN-3 (0-20 μM, 72 h) shows an effective growth inhibitor against 786-O, MCF-7, SW620 and T-24 colon cancer cell lines, most effective against SW620 cells with a LC50 value of 3.2 μM, slightly surpassing 5-Fluorouracil (HY-90006)[1].
ULK1-IN-3 (1.25-10 μM, 24 h) induces G2/M and S phase cell arrest in SW620 cells[1].
ULK1-IN-3 (1.25-5 μM, 48 h) triggers the intrinsic apoptotic pathway, potentially by elevating the production of ROS in SW620 cells. Additionally, ULK1-IN-3 up-regulates cleaved PARP (cPARP) and the expression of NFκβ and AMPK, but down-regulates the expression of the AKT in SW620 cells[1].
