Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (Endo S) is a family 18 glycosyl hydrolase secreted by Streptococcus pyogenes. Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase (Endo S) exclusively hydrolyzes the β-1,4-di-N-acetylchitobiose core of the asparagine-linked complex-type glycan on Asn-297 of the γ-chains of IgG antibody.

Product Information
This product is expressed by recombinant E. coli, with N-terminal His-tag, molecular weight of 136 kDa, and buffer components of 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5), 200 mM NaCl, and 10% glycerol. It can be used for antibody glycosylation modification and analysis.
Instructions
1. Add 1 μL of 500 mM sodium phosphate (pH4.5) to 10 μg bovine fibrinogen, then add Endo S and incubate at 37°C for 1 hour.
2. Analyze by SDS-PAGE or mass spectrometry.
Notes
The incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be optimized according to the actual situation.
