Protocol
1) For 10 μg of IgG, add 1 μL of 500 mM sodium acetate (pH 7.5), and adjust the volume to 10 μL with deionized water;
2) Add 1-2 μL Endo F3, pipe gently to mix;
3) Incubate at 37 °C for 1 hour;
4) Analyze by SDS-PAGE or mass spectrometry.
Note: Incubation time or enzyme amount needs to be optimized according to actual conditions.
