Biological Activity
Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly can be efficiently recognized and cleaved by proteases in tumor tissues, and the release rate of its associated DXR prodrug is relatively fast. It is an ideal fast-release type peptide linker[1].
Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly can be specifically cleaved in lysosomes and can be used as an ADC linker to construct ADCs. This peptide linker remains stable during systemic circulation, which helps to reduce systemic toxicity[2][3].
