Guanylyl imidodiphosphate lithium
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Guanylyl imidodiphosphate lithium (Gpp (NH) p lithium) is a non-hydrolyzable GTP analog. Guanylyl imidodiphosphate lithium increases adenylate cyclase activity. Guanylyl imidodiphosphate lithium binds to and irreversibly activates G proteins.

Biological Activity
Guanylyl imidodiphosphate lithium (1 mM; 10 min) inhibits the incorporation of [α-32P]GTP into NDP kinase-related guanine nucleotide-binding proteins G1 (reduced to 17.5% of the control group) and G2 (reduced to 24.5% of the control group) derived from HeLa S3 cells[2].
Guanylyl imidodiphosphate lithium (1 mM; 20 min) inhibits the GTPase activity of NDP kinase-related guanine nucleotide-binding proteins G1 and G2 derived from HeLa S3 cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
