hIgG-hFc receptor-IN-1 (compound 66) (co-incubated with 3 nM hIgG) inhibits the binding of hIgG to soluble human FcRn (shFcRn) in a FcRn-IgG competition ELISA performed on shFcRn-coated plates, with an IC50 of 2 μM[1].
