Lancifodilactone N (Compound 6) inhibits HIV-1-induced cytopathic effects in C8166 cells with an EC50 of 77.6 μg/mL, shows cytotoxicity against C8166 cells with a CC50 of 186.3 μg/mL, and has a selectivity index of 2.4[1].
