Biological Activity
METTL3-IN-13 (Compound 142) (72 h) potently inhibits the viability of Calu-6, A549, Fadu, HCT-116, MDA-MB-231, PANC-1, 5637, DU 145 and PC-3, with an IC50 ≤ 200 nM[1].
