Animal Model:Diet-induced obese (DIO) mice model[1]
-
Dosage:50 mg/kg
-
Administration:Intraperitoneal (i.p.), once a day for 10 days
-
Result:Resulted in reduced cumulative food intake and reduced body weight compared with control mice. After 10 days, mice treated with N-Lactoyl-Phenylalanine also exhibited improved glucose homeostasis, and reduced adiposity without any changes in the weights of the other organs.
