p-SCN-Bn-deferoxamine is conjugated to the 5B1 antibody, after which it chelates 89Zr to form [89Zr]Zr-DFO-5B1; the radiolabeled antibody then reacts with the NHS esters on the surface of gold nanoparticles via its own amino groups, ultimately generating a nanoprobe that targets pancreatic tumors expressing CA19-9[1].
p-SCN-Bn-deferoxamine is used to construct an immune PET tracer [89Zr]Zr-DFO-SC16·56 targeting DLL3, which is employed for PET/CT imaging of neuroendocrine tumors expressing DLL3[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
