PROTAC TSSK1 Degrader-1 (Compound 5.1) (24-72 h) potently degrades HiBiT-tagged TSSK1 in stable CHO-K1 clone SC B1.1 cells, with a half-maximal degradation concentration (DC₅₀) of 10.8 nM and a maximal degradation efficiency (D_max) of 68% after 48 h of incubation, and protein recovery occurs by 72 h^[1].
PROTAC TSSK1 Degrader-1 (30 μM; 4 h) reduces sperm motility by approximately 70% and significantly decreases in vitro fertilization rate through TSSK1 degradation^[1].
